ADSL Line has been down for six weeks and Telkom doesn’t seems to be in a hurry to fix it.
I’m on the border of the Rain LTE network and needs to test signal before I order.

I'm also just out of coverage on their map and I got speeds of 30 down and 14 up.

I was JUST out of their map (my garage was covered) and got speeds of...nothing. It's not guarantee that it'll work. Take a look at Cell C's packages - they're not badly priced at all and they cover me well. Getting around 20 down and 10 up, with a ~15ms ping. 200GB package costs me R969 per month.
