Howzit carbonite. I hope you guys can help me out. My first world problem is as follows

Bought my polo with a faulty indicator on the drivers side mirror. Opened it up to pull it out and get it replaced. I see its 2 tiny amber LEDs on a PCB the size of my thumb. Its such a simple little circuit. The problem is i cant find one anywhere. . . .

Scrap yards have nothing. Goldwagen useless. Dealers tell me its R1500 excluding labour to replace all the internals (including the mirror motor). So frustrated that this PCB which cost R2 - R3 to make can cause so much grief.

Anyone know where i can source one? Or what its even called so i can google.

Help me and i will pay you

My advice is use your own advice 😆 ... "Google" , the search phrase "Polo+driver's+sideview+mirror+pcb" ... and BoB should be your Uncle.Google truly has almost all the answers to most problems ; it's just a case of word choice in your search bar.

dude If i could show you my google search history. I have typed every word combination and found nothing.

Are the LED's dead or is it a problem with the PCB?

If the LED's are dead just replace them. Most electronic shops will sell the LED.

LED's are in series and one is faulty. the PCB consists of 4 elements. 2x tiny amber 4 prong flat LED's, a resistor, and something else. I was told what they where but I forgot.

Type in the Google search bar ... "buying+Polo+9n+2006+side+mirror+pcb" ... and have a gander.Yes , you could possibly find a cheaper price locally to repair or maybe even replace the thing. However , here are more options and some ship for cheap to our part of the world if you run out of local options.
