More inquisitiveness than anything else - how can you tell it is a "staff" card?

I love answering Pokemon related questions! The pictures aren't doing it justice, but there's a little gold 'Staff' stamp in the bottom left of the artwork box. There is also a version of this card without the stamp(extremely easy to find) that goes for about R50.

The Charizard version of this card goes comfortably for R15,000.
