Yeah knowing where you want to post might help.

@jacquesburke I logged into your account - it seems to work fine on my side. My guess it you're trying to post in a group, and you need to join the group before you can post there. Please try that and let me know?

To add to what @Toxxyc said, if you are trying to post in the main section that has subsections (such as CPU, GPU, etc) then you will get the insufficient permission error since the main section is locked to force users to use the subsections.
