So I'm not the only one thinking damage it screwed up in this game since last patch.

Anyone having freezing and then crashing issues with a nvidia GPU? Just noticed it when playing today.

My first game always freezes. I then have to go back to lobby and start again.
But I updated to the newest drives and didn't play again. Will check tomorrow if it still does the same thing

Buddy of mine had this. He had to restart pubg every time on the first game of the day. He said he moved his game files to a SSD and it solved this issue. Seems unlikely though

Thanks. If the newest driver update don't fix it then I will move mine over as well

It froze and crashed, I rejoined and it worked for a minute and then did the same again and again. I just updated to the latest Nvidia drivers and am about to have another go at it.

From what I can see Fortnite does not have even a fraction of the cheating that PUBG has. It runs on the same engine, so what gives? Is what PUBG have built on top of the engine so incredibly sloppy that cheat creators can get through at will?

Maybe it's the fact that people get credits that they exchange for loot boxes that they can then sell in pubg? Not sure how it is in fortnite.

This, if they can make money off the game then cheating will def happen

I don't play PUBG so apologies if I'm wrong but doesn't PUBG have items you can sell, like skins etc and you get points for winning so that is a monetary incentive to win, in Fortnite you win and that's that so cheaters don't gain anything.

And with 1,000,000 bans in January, that’s a potential of R300,000,000 they make when new accounts are bought... there is incentive to not fix the hacking

Closer to R180 million because the game is only ~$15 in China but yes, greed is indeed a powerful thing.

Had the pleasure of playing a few rounds with Superflan yesterday ! Chicken dinners sure are tasty ;) - a few earlier rounds we had some suspect behaviour from players snapping and shooting through objects, but our little 3-man squad prevailed and tasted the fruits of victory <3
