PC Link. Yes, another one.

Personally I have had no problems with them except they aren't the best at communication. Got my X570 board from them with no trouble. By the looks of things I was lucky though

I do not want to have to send someone to PCLinkshop's physical store to find out what is going on. I have repeatedly tried to get ahold of you and to resolve this but you and the rest of the pclinkshop staff don't seem to care.
You requested for your supplier to send me items and I received 1x incorrect item which you have refunded me for and there is still one entire item that has disappeared into thin air and so has my money? Have I not made the situation clear through the many times I tried to explain to you? I look forward to hearing your response.

Also there is a thread on carbonite where a lot of things are being said about pclinkshop and their response time and customer service. I am not sure if you guys care about your business or job but I'm pretty sure the situation you have put me and yourselves in is not good for your reputation and reliability."

Well at least I know not to shop there anymore- I bought my new case from them as it was one of the only places I could find it. Ordered it on a Thursday so didn’t expect it until like Monday or Tuesday.. Wednesday came and still nothing so I sent an email (as you can’t phone them) and literally within 15 min I received my waybill number from a human directly.. not even bloody automated. So my case arrives on the Friday, yaaay! No issues, setup the pc and then suddenly another waybill comes through... Tuesday morning a second case arrives. So I sent an email literally just saying there’s been an issue with my order please can someone contact me. So I get a response with just my invoice attached....? What?
So I replied and said “No, there’s an issue with my order. Please can you contact me” nevertheless the same guy who sent me the waybill calls me. I tell him that I have received two cases and that they need to collect the second one. His response “ah you lucky SOB/Bastard (can’t remember which one he said exactly) anyways I said to him that they cannot arrange collection for the same day as I would not be home. Same bloody day they came to collect the case...
so from reading here and my personal experince it’s clear that they aren’t able to follow simple instructions and quite literally wait until the very last second before bothering to do shit. I won’t support them again.. they’re starting to scream Evetsek to me.. honestly service delivery in this country is absolute potato.. Obviously I will support carbies as far as possible, but for those specific items that you can’t locate- who do we go to? Either the prices are too high, service delivery is too kak or after sales could be better handled by my 7 year old niece... anyone want to setup a fully fledged online retailer let me know 😂 there’s clearly a market for it..

After 100000000 emails (well felt like it) with literally 0 response, I just noted to myself DONT EVER BUY FROM THEM AGAIN

Ordered from them 3/4 times in the last month, ZERO (0) issues, besides the communication thing. Have always had my order within 5 days of ordering.

To OP, unfortunate.

To @Matty8299, have you tried Geewiz.co.za?
Have dealt with them for stuff like EKWB, where I cannot get it anywhere else and they do a fairly good job.

I have not actually, but thank you for the tip I will go and look today as I am desperately needing some fittings. thank you!
 
I wanted to order from them a few times but refrained from doing so as I wasn't sure if they were legitimate. Thanks for starting this thread. Now I know to avoid them.
 
Hi Guys, I've purchased from there 2017-19 with no issues. I placed an order on 13Oct20, order was processed, and said it would take about 20days to deliver. No update to date? The landlines are closed. Emails no response etc? My account is no longer valid on their website.
Both the .com and .co.za are the same website with same contact details. I did use the co.za page and recieved a mail from SA email.

I just want to know where the package is or when I can expect it, or why there are delays, etc.
Starting to worry.

I'm in Howick so can't get to their store. Any advice?
