Not a Good Deal

Description of Bad Deal:
Bought the P9 Lite on the 27th Dec 2018, received it this morning. Issues with the phone as follows:
1. Bright pink/blue mark in the middle of the screen, advertised as spotless.
2. Loudspeaker crackles when playing ringtones or videos or music.
3. The back cover is full of marks from a back cover that cant be removed
4. Side bezel by the volume button is bent.
5. The entire side bezel has marks and scratches

Points 3,4 & 5 i could live with, and would probably have just not said anything, but points 1 & 2 require repairs and should have been mentioned in the sale. Seller says he can only refund end of the month, guess my money's been spent already. i paid R150 to ship to me via courier guy, so im not sure now who's responsible to pay for this and to have it shipped back?
Just putting this thread out there and will have to wait i guess till end of the month for my money back and will update the thread then. Its gonna be along wait as the month's only just begun.

i think i may have gotten a refund from him, i received R1300 last night, saying refund, not expecting that amount from anyone else. it excludes the shipping amount i paid, but when he sent a pm last friday he said he's putting in R99 for postnet back to him.. so that would add up, R1200 for the phone and R100 for postnet.. i lost his cell number and he's not replying to pm
