Hi there
A friend from USA studying in SA has a whole lot of S20,s21s and s22s however majorly of them are network locked to T-Mobile or Verizon, he is willing to let them go at half price for around 4-5k however is there anyway to get these phones working in SA, he has given me a verizon locked s21 fe one which ill try with different SIM cards a bit later, can anyone give some advice about it?
Thanks

The respective carriers can provide the unlock code if it was on contract for more than a specified date (determined by the carriers)

My brother’s S21 was unlocked after 90 days with Verizon.

He can just contact the carrier and ask for unlock code.

He mentioned something about them being bought from a third party and not directly from the store and he is sitting with more than 30 phones in total that are locked

More stolen goods on carb. Simply lovely.
This was actually one of the first things I asked him 😂 he said that the first 2 lots that he ordered were all unlocked and then the third lot majorly came network locked and it will cost to much for him to send it back to USA so he'll keep it until he goes home in march if he doesn't sell it

For anyone wondering Verizon locked phones work with cell c
Does anyone have a T-Mobile locked phone that's working on one of south Africas networks?
