Need help with Ribbon Cable

Hi all,

I currently own a Mecer Xpress Tablet and while it was opened to upgrade the Ram the ribbon cable going from the Touch Screen to the controller got torn so now my Tablet is nothing more than just a Netbook.

If anyone can help me repair it for CHEAP it would be greatly appreciated as MECER is useless and wants to charge me to replace the motherboard EVEN though I know all that is wrong is the ribbon cable tore
