this is ridiculous. last year computicket handled the load fine, but this ticket pro thing is a flop

how is it a flop?
Site is up, only complaints i see are the pin (its in junk/spam email folder) andthen a few people the payment option didnt load properly?
all tickets are sold out, they sold out in about 30sec

How is it unfair? It their event. if they wanted to change it to invite only they can. they can do what they want, it will always sell out regardless

tickets didnt sell put that quickly. They cioldnt handle the traffic of the people buying. Check on the nag discord chat, it was a frustrating process for everyone there, because it "seemed" seemed as though the tickets were available for only 2 seconds before everything was gone. But that wasnt true, it was the traffic load that they couldnt handle and that computicket was able to handle last year. Also limiting the tickets to 2 people vs 4 as per last year, doubles the traffic load on the site too.

Was able to eventually get tickets, after literally 2.5 hours.

I find it weird how you blindly justifying the sales process when it was not handled well. Objectively it was not as smooth as it has been in previous years. I dont care if they wanna change who sells the tickets etc, as long as it works well, which it didnt.

eventually managed to get tickets and LaidtoRest_ZA helped us with the last one we needed for our group, for which we are thankful. but it was not a simple process. and its disheartening to be so amped for it and be waiting before hand to purchase tickets at 09:00 and at 09:00:02 is says no more tickets to sell.

Growing pains @ZeroSaberZA, can definitely understand that it is disheartening, but we can provide feedback, support what we believe in and together go get some frags at The Dome this year
