Nadiarup4723 - Time waster - possible scammer

So I recently PM'd Nadiarup4723 about the 1070 build that he was looking for.

I then got his number and we started chatting on whatsapp and he agreed to take my case, excluding the GPU and would add his own.
He committed and told me he is a serious buyer and that he had put notice on his savings account, and his money should clear by the following Monday or Wednesday.
I told him that I would keep it for him and he was very grateful.
We chatted a bit since to find out how the money clearing was coming on, and he assured me it was still coming and that he had even bought a gtx 1070 to go in the build.
I messaged him again to find out if he was still interested in the build and no response.
I tried calling his phone, straight to voicemail (but the generic kind).
I also noticed that he had another wanted thread but this time the story is slightly different.

For anyone looking to message this guy, just know that there is an 80% chance that he is waiting to play you.
And you may also hold onto goods for him out of personal integrity, which will just be a waste of time.
My advice: don't entertain this guy.

OK, two things:

1. You should use the Bad Deals template.
2. This is not a bad deal, no money changed hands. If he wasted your time and kept you hanging after committing to a deal, just give him a negative iTrader and be done with it.

Until more proof is received, it just seems like he's someone who's been buying for time, not sure if he should commit to a deal of such a magnitude. LAWKED.
