Got it last night when the game went on the frits. Selected the option to download/install the certificate and lets hope that was that.

You're doing it wrong.

Move the folder somewhere else. Open Steam and start the download. Once it get to 1% pause the download and kill Steam. Copy old folder over new folder. Launch steam and continue the download. Wait a while for it verify all is there, maybe download 2-3 extra things. Done.

That's the long way. Can just copy the file and boom, you're done

its so damn good... I ow it on PS4, which I only bought yesterday and now own it on PC.
