MIGRATE TO NEW LAPTOP

I am in need of help. Windows 10 Backup and Restore is not helping.
I have a new 5511 and need to move all my data and settings to this laptop from a 7389.
What way will move my Windows settings like VPN, Printers, Mapped network drives etc?

Just clone it over and see what it does,9/10 it works fine as long as the Bios/ahci boot modes are the same
