I am looking for a CPU Cooler very old unused ones,
Something in the line of a V6 / V8
noname brands also ok.
Preferably side mounted fans like the V6/V8
Dont mind missing screws/bent fins/ socket missing etc.

Are you planning to mount this to a GPU , that you don't mind what socket it is? CoolerMaster 212x is FANTASTIC value for money. In most scenarios, it matches the V6 & if the V8 is 2x the price , the V8 is not worth it.

Pleasure, what project? I'm busy making a workstation lighting rig of sorts, using 2x 10W 1000Lm each LED spotlights. I was orgiginally going to get 2x 10W LED's & collect them to a heatsink, but PnP had these on special for R50 each. Busy soldering them up right now
