Looking for any job (please help)

Hi I'm looking for any job.

1. I have a 1 year certificate in retail management from unisa and I also have a call centre learnership certificate.

I have 1 year experience working as an outbound call Centre agent, I worked 4 months at the office and 6 months at home because of covid. I had the highest leads to sales conversion ratio for 2 months.

I also have 4 months experience working maintenance at a Largish metals company sorting leftover metalssuch as copper, brass, steel and aluminum for recycling and reuse, I was also responsible for Cleaning machines, keeping the premises clean and draining excess oil from the machines.

I have experience in using an overhead crane, Forklift and an acetylene cutting torch.

I also have intermediate skills in using excel

Hi!

New member here, but I've been in your position before and thought I'd proffer some advice.

Amazon was hiring virtual customer service associates a while back. They provide the equipment and also bung you a wedge for your internet bill. The only caveat is that you need to have a minimum 20mb up and down fibre line.

The prospects of promotion are excellent. My brother's partner started there in 2018 and he is now a group manager. It's about 4 positions up from when he started.

The hours can be hectic as you need to be online to service the US at their respective time zones, but with medical aid and provident funds as benefits, I'd say there is more risk in not trying than there is in going for it.
