I am trying to assist someone.
They want a fully furnished apartment near Sandton (KPMG) to rent for 2 months (8th October to 8th December).
Their budget is under 12k (depending on the included features and furniture).
They would ideally want a 2 bedroom place but will be happy with a 1 bed (budget under 9k for this).
Fully furnished would be a great bonus, as its a major requirement.
Their company, KPMG, will be paying for this but to make things easier they will be paying upfront for each month (like per a normal lease agreement) and then claim back.
Included features (if possible):
- Internet
- Semi or fully furnished. Ideally all essential kitchen items like fridge, microwave, oven, washing machine, etc.
- Atleast 1 bedroom with enough size for a double bed.
- Space for a desk for work purposes.
- A decent size lounge / dining area or extended kitchen,
- Complex security
