2 Bedroom Apartment / Flat to Rent in Dennesig, Stellenbosch​

One room available in my 2 bedroom 2 bathroom apartment, available from 1 December 2022 to 30 November 2023.

The Niche is located on Paul Kruger road, approximately 900m from the BA building at the bottom of campus. I walk to campus often. The building has CCTV and a 24 hour security guard as well as electric fences all around and key-card access to the parking as well as the building itself.

The kitchen and lounge are fully furnished including a TV, convertible sleeper couch, 4-seater dining room table, washing machine, dryer, fridge (and freezer), microwave, kettle and all other basic kitchen utensils. You are welcome to bring anything you own with such as tupperware or an airfryer etc.

Rent includes water and electricity as well as 100mbps uncapped WiFi that stays on during loadshedding.

I will be 4th year next year and am studying a BSc at SU. Preferably looking for 2nd year or higher to share with me, but anyone is welcome to inquire.

The bedroom will be unfurnished but includes built in cupboards. Your bathroom is not en-suite, but we each have our own full bathrooms so there is no need to share.

There is one parking included that I am using but there is always parking available right outside the guard hut of the building that is in view of CCTV and my previous roommate never had an issue with break-ins or anything during this past year. It is also possible to rent out a parking from other tenants that may not be using theirs but that is not guaranteed.
