Bedroom available on a quiet street in Parkhurst with easy access to a lovely park. Currently unfurnished, but furniture can be discussed.
Looking for somebody chill, neat and respectful to join myself and 2 other people currently living in the house.
Rent is inclusive of utilities with condition of no heating appliances - may be very marginally negotiable for the right person. Parking is available and would need to be discussed, but prefer somebody without a car.
