Hey team!

I haven't used carbonite in years, and trying to log in, I'm told I need to use 2FA which was never set up. I saw another user had a similar issue and you disabled 2FA and sent a password reset to his email.

My email is justin@atic.co.za, which is an alias for sletcher01@gmail.com (sometimes automated emails aren't received by the @atic address.

I posted yesterday and since I posted other people have been replied to and I seem to have been ignored. Can someone please turn off 2FA for my account. Justin@atic.co.za/JustinSletcher. I can't even reply to that thread (Support - Locked out of account | Support Forum) because I'm not logged in. Whose idea was it to enable 2FA on everyones account anyway?

There's an item that is scarce that I'm trying to buy - so I'd appreciate someone look at this for me.

No one is ignoring you, each mod and admin has specific tasks. I also have an actual 9-5 job that takes precedence.

Anyway duplicate accounts is against the rules. I suggest you read this: Duplicate accounts - STOP not even for 2FA | Support Forum

Accounts merged and unbanned. 2FA disabled and password reset sent.
