Support Cannot log into account

I sent a message on Friday, but I did not include my account name. I can not log into my account (juandren) because it asks me to verify with an app, but this account is old and I never set up 2-step verifiction. I would like access to my account again please, if possible. I still have the password, and I still have access to the email address. I tried a password reset, but it still asks me to verify according to an app. Please help. Thank you
