Hey man. Obviously I do not know what the issue is nor am I a lawyer. But I had to deal with retrenchment process and other things along with that. But I went to the CCMA and it sorted them out quick quick. But I did build my case over months before filing a complaint so that did help. So if you have not tried the CCMA, it's worth a shot!
