Job market for the old man

Hi guys,

my dad (super smart guy) is looking for a job seeing that his contract was ended with the whole covid thing.
He can do machine learning, scrum master, has doctrine degree etc.
thing is he is 64, so does anyone know where he can go to help him find a job etc?
I mean it really sucks, so agency ideas are also welcome.

Best to use the template from the jobs section. Location, minimum salary etc and important factors. Also how long is he wanting to work for as many companies don't want to hire someone that wil retire next year (65).
