Support Issue Updated Profile Picture

Hi Just wanted to raise an issue I've experienced. Can't upload a new profile picture.

Deletes old pic -> Saves -> Open new tab in Igcognito -> Upload New Picture -> Old profile pic gets somehow brought back?

Standard upload to replace old also fails to work.


User state: Valid

No matching spam trigger logs were found.

Good Day Members, The profile and banner picture changes take a few days to update due to a caching issue that is not our issue to resolve. Please do not create any more support threads regarding this. Regards, Viv
