What the hell happened to it? Where is the bottom cover? What is even wrong with it?

There are so many questions to be asked I don't even feel like being helpful.

It fell down. Don't have the plastic pieces anymore. The laptop work fine just the hinge and plastic cover

Check against the service manual whatever parts are needing replacement and Google to check for places that sell laptop parts secondhand or new. You can get an idea on the costs to see if it's worthwhile repairing
