Hi all.
Hope everyone is keeping safe.
Need some quick advice,

Currently use a Tenda AC6 router with 50/50 uncapped fibre.
Came home yesterday, all the router lights are on, which is strange as I don't have any ethernet devices connected to it, can't find WiFi SSID, can't connect to the modem via ethernet either.
Tried doing a manual factory reset but modem refuses to respond, the lights just remain on.

Is it possible a surge has fried my router?
None of my other devices plugged into the same wall socket are affected.

Thanks

Perhaps an auto firmware update gone wrong?

Try holding that reset button in for way longer than they say. Hold it in for like a minute and see if that makes any difference.

Possibly an update gone wrong. I have heard of a few people complaining about this update messing things up for Tenda device owners.
