Had a couple of interviews with them, they seem really friendly and like a great place to work. They are firm on a degree/tertiary education being required but seem pretty flexible otherwise as long as you have decent knowledge of Python and SQL, would definitely recommend sending in a CV!

how did u send your CV, no info provided. Thanks

What StyleMagnus said above worked well. I can't guarantee interviews though.
Long story short, I almost worked for them and the guy contacted me again some time later, offering me the position again, while also asking for any leads.
I checked with my personal circle and decided to reach out here as well (as I know of some great hires by another friend of mine from here)
So ya, I send him candidates that look sort of fitting - there is nothing in it for me. He did me a solid with the offer (as I got a good counter-offer from my then-company), so trying to help him out.
