I've been putting this off for a while now mostly as I was waiting for V4 to be released but I've decided I need to do this as I noticed a lot of big corporates have ITIL foundation as a requirement when applying for jobs.
I would like to know if anybody has done it (V3 or V4) and if you have who did you go with? Pink Elephant seems to be highly recommended but I'm open to suggestions.
Also did you do it by attending a class or self learning?
Has anyone completed V3 foundation and thinking of the bridging course for V4?

I bought the Foundation V4 course on uDemy with practice exams. You can then do the foundation via peopleCert in the comfort of your own home. Think the exam is like $269 or there about, been a couple of months since I looked at it.

I work with an ITSM tool and have V3, and no intention of doing V4 unless it becomes a major requirement at my company.
I did it with Pink Elephant classroom training. But was all sponsored by the company I was at that time.

From all certifications I have, it carries a lot more weight on the cv,

I did the V3 course through Torque IT in Cape Town. Work paid for it, we had a lecturer go through the course material and then an online exam. I prefer classroom courses with lecturers so it helped allot. Our work environment pretty much us ITIL so the course gave a good understanding from where it came from.

i did my ITIL v3 Foundation many moons ago at Pink Elephant. They really were topnotch, with very thorough and knowledgeable trainers.

To be honest foundations is really simple and you could easily get away with doing independent learning.

ITIL Practitioner is quite a bit harder but not really worth it in my opinion, unless you looking to implement the framework into a org from scratch .
