The modem have USB and RJ45 connection, have all the cables.

Also have 2 pigtail connectors for, one is male and other female, used one to plug the antenna into modem.

The antenna can be used on any other router As well, tested this on my MTN 3g/HSPA router and gave huge signal increase, tested on normal WiFi router to and also made big difference in coverage/signal.
