'ello gents
As the topic states, Compulsive Upgrader's Disease has struck again in a bad way.. My LGA775 setup has found a loving home, and I'm thus looking for the following bits:
X58 mobo - SATA 3 & USB 3.0, great overclocking potential.
CPU - i7 920/930 on a later stepping, or i7 965/975XE chips at a good price
Memory - 6GB DDR3 matched kit... Would take 4GB at a push / good price, but would really like a tri-channel kit.
Water block - Anything decent for 1366 - 3/8" fittings highly preferable - don't really want to go through the hassle of getting pipe-size adaptors to fit the water block.
Recommendations would really be welcomed, as I honestly haven't been paying too much attention to the i7 arena in recent times.
Have made ShockG an offer on his 975XE, and AmB3r on his Gigabyte UD3R, but will update the thread as I get feedback..
Thanks in advance chaps!
Philip
