UPDATE 2:

Have tested all the motherboards, PC 2, and all the graphics cards. Here are the changes:

1) PC 2 now works perfectly. The CPU has been replaced by the LGA 775 CPU on sale
(Pentium 4 540J 3.2GHz 1MB L2 Prescott LGA 775), therefore this part is not available individually anymore.
Also, the GPU has changed to an ATI X600 pro. Here is the new specs and price:
