I can assure you that all software is 100% legal and licensed.

Got two original Win XP discs, Home and Professional, as well as an original Win Vista Home Premium disc.
Can also get legal digital copies of Microsoft software through my MSDNAA membership and seeing if I can organize Windows 7 through that.
