HRIS Consultant - Pretoria - Office Based

Good day,

We are seeking an experienced and highly motivated HRIS Consultant to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a degree in a relevant field and at least two years of experience working with SQL. They should also be proficient in Excel and have a valid driver's license, reliable transport, and be able to work onsite in Centurion.
Responsibilities:

• Implement and maintain HRIS systems, including data entry, system testing, and troubleshooting.
• Provide support and training to HR and other stakeholders on the use of the HRIS system.
• Develop and maintain system documentation, including process flows and user manuals.
• Work with HR and IT teams to ensure data integrity and security.
• Analyze data and generate reports to support HR decision-making.
• Identify and implement process improvements to increase the efficiency and effectiveness of HRIS.
• Stay current with new HRIS developments and technologies.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in a relevant field.
• At least 2 years of experience working with SQL.
• Proficient in Excel.
• Valid driver's license and reliable transport.
• Ability to work onsite in Centurion.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
• Knowledge of HR processes and best practices is a plus.
