I bought a Hikvision G4000 1TB Nvme

Does anyone know have a link for software for it? (would be greatly appreciated.:))
Hikvision's site does not return results nor has anything under support
With the Samsungs we usually have the cloning of drive, drive optimization etc. but I cant find anything from Hikvision.

Hi there, I'm simply asking if anyone that has the same drive has actual software for it?
I don't think there is specific software for these drives.
I do think its a good question as to what tools you are looking for?

HD Sentinel i would use for health checking and Acronos have a cloning tool..

Samsung is a premium brand
Sorry, what?

so you get nice software with the drive.
Sorry, what? Again.

The only person I'd sell a Samsung drive is a person who insists on a Samsung drive. This isn't 2017 anymore where your SSD choices were Samsung or garbage, although looking at Samsung's price they haven't gotten the memo.

Premium doesn't necessarily mean high quality or great performance.

It could also just mean "expensive."

When people buy expensive things, they expect shiny additions, like software.

Whether it adds good value or not is open for debate.

Edit: anyway did you forget to read the thread again? He's not asking for recommendations on good drives, he's asking why he doesn't get software with his Hikvision drive like he got with his Samsung drive.
