Support HELP - Duplicate accounts: grimstaj and GriMsta_

Hi,

I received this banned notification due to having two accounts (grimstaj and GriMsta_). The reason for this was that I lost my authentication app that was set up for my GriMsta_ account a long time ago and didn't have the backup codes at hand (thought I lost that as well).

I emailed someone from Carbonite directly to try and resolve the issue back then, but received no response.

I then created the grimstaj account with the hopes of being able to log in to contact admins at Carbonite to assist in resolving the issue, which obviously did not work and resulted in this duplicated account situation.

However, I've just stumbled across my backup codes and used one to log in with my original account (GriMsta_).

Could you please assist with re-activating my GriMsta_ account and deleting the duplicate account (grimstaj) as it was only created in the hopes of reaching the admins?

Feel free to contact me via email if required. I'm not sure if I'll be able to log back in seeing as I'm banned and I don't want to waste my backup codes.
