Hi, anyone playing hell let loose?
It is just R175 on steam, and I have to say, the game is gorgeous! It is still in alpha, but honestly it doesn't feel like any alpha I have ever played. Given I have played less than 10 hours so far, but I can definitely recommend it.

We were playing on UK server. Friend is in SA and I am in UAE. Both had around 230ms ping. Hitreg is difficult to say, They dropped when I shoot.

The game is very unforgiving in a sense. 1 shot in most cases kills you. Unless someone is shooting at you with a MP40 or similar smg.
It is not like battlefield were you just run around and getting a 20killstreak. Or at least I am not there yet.

But for R175, buy it. Play a round, then refund if you don't like. It is most definitely worth at least a try.

No Sorry, Haven't played that. But a quick search make me want to say that HLL is better. Also it is not over run by tanks etc. Because you need 3 people to play a tank for instance. It is a nice touch.

I am generally very sceptical with heavily team based games, but they just get it right. Roles per platoon are limited so it makes sure that everyone is diversified.

Yeah that's almost the exact same as Post scriptum, same team based mechanics, same with tanks and all that. It does look like PS is lacking a bit in the looks dept but I've read that HLL feels less realistic - movement and gunplay wise.

Ag no! I hate games where there are tanks/armoured vehicles.

They play more of a support role, you'll spend 90% of your time dying to infantry really.

Yeah the movement is nowhere near the likes of escape from tarkov and battlefield. But it is in the roadmap to improve the movement mechanics.
