Graphics card RX570 not showing in task manager

Hi there all can someone please help me I am having some issues with my RX570 4GB the card gives me a good display no flickering no funny colors but windows wont install the driver for the card and it is not showing up in task manager or in the device manager either its shows that there is a card there but its got the Microsoft video adapted driver installed and when I try use the AMD driver installer it completes the install but the card drivers are nowhere to be found and the card still dosent show up in the previously mentioned places.
