Condition: Excellent (thermal pads replaced with THERMALRIGHT 0.5MM) Paste also re-done, running a lot cooler than stock. (only reason for this is that it was originally water-cooled)

Shipping: Depending on who is it an exception can be made. I do prefer having it shown running a bench on my PC before handing it over.
