Geforce Later?

Hello everyone,

I wanted to ask if any of you have experience with GeForce Now or have used it in the past. I've been encountering the "join waiting list" screen since its initial launch, and unfortunately, I haven't received any updates from Rain regarding its availability.

I'm eagerly looking forward to trying it out, so if anyone has information on when it might be available again or if there are any updates from Rain, I would greatly appreciate your insights.

I have used it a fair amount in both SA and Europe. I signed up while still in SA using a VPN on my Macbook.

Once you're signed up I'm quite sure it worked without needing the VPN, which helps the ping a little.

I speak under correction but it takes roughly 180ms for your inputs to get to the EU servers and 180ms for the input to reflect on screen, so don't expect to be playing competitive FPS with it yet. Obviously, with local servers, this will become less of an issue.

I used it for Hell Let Loose, which is an FPS but it's quite slow paced and there is some input lag built into it anyway, so the experience wasn't too bad.

In Europe, the experience was quite close to playing it natively on a PC minus some compression artifacts when the net got a bit unstable. Can't speak on how faster-paced games will feel.

I used it with that rain promotion, it was okay. I mean I'm in Durban and the servers were in other provinces so latency was alright.

It felt like games at 60FPS but plays like I'm playing at 30FPS
