Hi, not sure if you have the same issue I had, but just wanted to let you know, I had the same issue with my buds plus, and my wife had the same too with hers.

One earbud (funnily enough, different ones for us) would not charge. I would place the bud in the case, the light would flash orange for like 10 seconds then turn off.

I used alcohol and cotton buds to clean the contact pins in the case and on the bud.
Also fiddled alot when trying to place the bud in the case, but eventually the case light would stay on and the bud charged. It seems to be some issue when the bud and case completely discharge.

Hey, thanks so much for this!

It's not a charging issue. The one ear buds volume is just really low. All the touch responses work fine but there's a big volume difference between ears

My EarFun buds have an issue where the volume is suddenly extremely low for both of them. Now with my Mpow's I'm having the same issue but only with the right bud. From what I've read, this is an issue with Android phones and the buds (stemming from the bluetooth). Tried to clean them both but haven't had much luck. Haven't seen any viable fixes, just A LOT of angry Customers online.

Oh haha I had that issue too!
It was (sounds disgusting but it's normal for everyone) a wax build up behind the metal grill. I used a pin to stick into one of the holes, lifted the grill and behind was a black seal that had a layer of wax that was blocking the sound. I threw the black seal away and had no issues since.

I found it here

And it worked prefectly

Same issue with a set i sold on here. Buyer cokplained after 6 months. The wax was brown. Best to use an insulin needle to remove the metal.
