The buds are in very good physical condition. For some reason the right bud doesn't charge when the lid is closed - although sometimes it does, but when the lid is open the right bud charges normally and works as normal. I was just keeping the lid open for like 15-25 minutes before using it. I did google that it is a common issue and some people have managed to reset it to get them both to charge but I haven't spent any time trying as I got a new pair with a new phone.
I can send anyone interest a video of what it looks like from closed to opening the lid, but the buds works fine otherwise - just the charging of the right bud when the lid is open. The left one charges normally when the lid is closed. But yeah, not really going to invest much time into it.
