Hi everyone,
The company builds SaaS platforms and products in the travel industry. We are looking for a Financial Accountant to join the finance team.
We are currently moving from a work-from-home to a hybrid work model and are based in Claremont, Cape Town.
PS: I'm not part of the hiring process or the HR team. Just passing the offers to Carb.
• A Bachelor’s Degree in Accounting and busy preparing for board exams.
• Ability to present complex financial information to non-financial people in a way that makes sense.
• A right first-time, on-time attitude.
• Curiosity and a willingness to get stuck in to solve business problems.
• Easy adoption of different accounting, payment and payroll software (we currently use XERO, Stripe PaySpace.)
• Duty of care and consideration for customer information and needs.
• A practical understanding of SAAS business model and the key business principles.
• Administrative & organisational skills.
• Personal accountability and integrity.
• A demonstrated ability to communicate well and collaborate with others.
