EvachTech is it Legit or Nahh

Website could be more user ffriendly, take a page from Apple's book. Simplicity is the key, people do not need to be amazed by your JavaScript skills, just keep it simple and let the products speak for themselves.
An example, if I have my browser window not at full screen, then the edges of the page are just cut off.

Also agree with @Oj0 have a look at the applicable sale and returns acts that exist and base your policies around that. I would say it is also good practice to show your company registration number somewhere on the site as it just shows you are not a fly-by-night.

WTAF.

Their T's & C's are barely decipherable English:

"Store" Location is a residential estate:

Run away. I would not even consider them. Still trying to decipher what the mean by 2 to 3 weeks to send a "limited edition pc" with "no guaranteed warranty" - WTF type of english is that?

They are clearly illiterate, and should you have any issues you have fokkol chance of coming right when trying to deal with illiterate clowns like that.
Think @Wraith is 18 or 19 - surprised the fancy schooling did not have more of an effect.

@Wraith something to note, the Second-Hand Goods Act of 2009 REQUIRES you offer a 6-month warranty, whether the item has manufacturer/distributor/supplier warranty or not.

It doesn't matter if it's a 40 year old IBM XT, you are legally required to offer at absolute minimum a 6 month warranty.

Having T&Cs to the contrary is irrelevant, as the contract cannot overrule the customer's statutory rights. It offers you ZERO indemnity.

Actually, the can return it for a full refund in accordance with the cooling off period stipulated in the Electronic Communications Act of 2002, provided it is in the same condition (no broken seals, no physical damage - in other words, the condition in which it was sold).

Last thing, the Consumer Protection Act of 2008 requires that you offer repair, replacement or refund as the CUSTOMER chooses on faulty components for 6 months, so basically the entire minimum warranty period prescribed by the Second-Hand Goods Act.
I understand this 100% about 2 years after the business started doing well - I do provide returns or refunds or help with issues on the item within 6 months but glad to say that we rarely fall into these issues

Turning 21 and Covid was in the same year as a 16/17 year old starting Evacktech don't think any of us had school for 7 months of that year but the rush to get into the business obviously led to some clumsy mistakes.

You may as well update your Ts and Cs to reflect this, then, seeing as it's literally required by law.
