Hey guys, I just wanted to know if anyone is using an esim.
I would like to know what devices work and on what networks?
Anyone using it on an iPhone and can you also manage the esim and physical SIM to which SIM data will be used, and which SIM calls and sms's will be made.

Thanks in advance

I think only Vodacom and iPhones work, really sad since it's a no brainer to have cheap data. Rain are still testing their esim.

Vodacom's esim is very problematic. I have gone back to a normal one after approx 3 months.

What do you need it.

I'm also curious.

How would dual sim on an iphone work?

If you have 2 different network providers like telkom or cell c will you have to use a physical sim? So basically an iPhone is only dual sim if your second sim is mtn or vodacom?

Yea because only MTN and Vodacom support it. From my understanding, Vodacom is full of Crap and only support smartwatches like the apple watch and Samsung one. And they call it Vodacoms "oneNumber" so it's just your main number on the watch.

MTN on the other hand, give you a QR code and you can use it on any device that supports esims (apparently)
