I got two or my ducky keyboards on Tuesday.
Must say rebeltech & wootware both on the ball with my orders and I got them quick.
I got some nice sweeties from woot & key switch chain rings from rebel.
The ducky one pink mx reds & horizon one mx white.
I'm really enjoying the mx white compared to my mx blacks. I'm a bit bummed about the mx Reds ill have to use them when I play csgo and see if i really don't like them.
I know with my K70 I didn't enjoy the Reds but liked the two tone of the pink and white of the ducky xD I can always switch the keys onto my other ducky board.
So far first impressions
Pro's :
- removable USB type c cable
- the keyboard dust cover is cool
-Calculator volume buttons are something I missed on my other keyboards (there are a lot of keyboards with macro's and above but I'm mainly talking about ones without macro's don't tend to have those extra four keys above the numpad that I have had in the past.
- The colour of the keyboards is just too much makes we want to frame it xD
- Packaging was decent
Con's :
- No back light/rgb (It's bottom of the range one so no surprises there and it doesn't bother me)
- the mx whites are a well known problematic mx cherry key from my reading where some are more clicky than others for some odd reason. Mine seems to have this but haven't tested it 100% as I wanted to just test the board out before getting nitty gritty.
-pbt keys honestly I haven't noticed much difference compared to my steelseries 6gV2 mech kboard keys. I will try out my old keyboard this weekend to just see if I missed something but so far no difference on that part.
