Comes with a 3 pack of replacement charcoal filters as well. I'd have said "excellent condition" but the only reason I didn't is that there are some "hard water" stains on the stainless steel but otherwise everything is in great condition. Basically the cat hardly drinks from it so I thought I'd sell it.
