Support Difficult Buyer

Good day

Hoping you can help me with something. I have a buyer that is acting a bit difficult. I received the money for what I was selling as well as some overhead for postage, but the post office refused my package the way he explained I should send it to him, and I decided that it's not worth the effort for me to drive around and to try to make this happen. I asked him for his banking details so I can provide him with a refund, but he is insisting that I send it to him.

It is stated that the buyer has to cover the shipping costs and in this case, the buyer isn't doing so.

The buyer is welcome to arrange a courier for collection, but since he is inisting on sending it via post, I don't think he would be too keen on the idea.

First off don't create duplicate support threads for the same issue all threads in support has to be approved first.

Then @RAZR the man tried your method to cut costs it did not work (the post office will not post something as a letter if it's not a letter, this is technically fraud), take the refund or let him post it via Postnet.

Thanks for your reply. I submitted my first query via the "contact us" link and wasn't sure if it got processed correctly as it wasn't showing up. I also asked about this on discord but no-one replied. I submitted it as a thread just in case the first one failed, apologies for the "spam", I was not aware of the approval process until submitting the thread.

Not sure if you can read the conversation between myself and @RAZR but I did make it clear within a reasonable amount of time that the logistics weren't feasible for me and requested his banking details, but instead I got responses telling me how to mangle the post office route which I am not a fan of.

Lol it's R100 CPU and you agreed to post it and I explained how to do it it's a chip not a chip and cooler I've sent tonnes of stuff as a registered letter such as Xbox games in the case

It's anything but illegal

I'll send you my banking details

This is such a joke difficult buyer I can't stop lol

Next time use the request channel in Discord, we don't monitor the other channels.
