NOTE:
2 of the RAM clips are missing. No back plate
When applying power the CPU Fan will spin when power button in pushed, but no display or beep codes. I checked all the fuses I could find on the MB, but all of them have continuity. I then swapped the BIOS chips as a test, still nothing. I also checked the CPU pins properly. There's nothing out of place. So I assume it's a mosfet.

I know there are guys on Carbonite that fix or collect these types of MBs.

I am willing to swap for:
Socket 1366 MB. Anything that works. Trying to keep my late father in laws company PCs going.
Socket 775 MB. More high end to server type.
Old PC Case. Looking for this specific one with the USB Ports on the side. Old project of mine I wanna finish.
