TL\DR:
Dead Asus P8B75 MB. Only motherboard light comes on, no fans spinning, nothing.

Long story:
I needed to change my GPU. Took out the gpu and closed the case. After plugging in the power cable the motherboard light came on but nothing happens when I press the power button. I don't have the invoice or packaging for it (was bought as a complete tower 2 years back).

Anything I can do to repair it or get it sorted under warranty?

1. unplug your psu
2. Remove your ram modules and all your drives
3. Find the Cmos Jumper (its usually next to the battery), its usually 3 pins , if its on 1-2, move it to 2-3.
4. Remove the Cmos battery
5. Press the power button to drain any remaining electricity on the board / components
5. Wait 5 Minutes, plug the power back on, Switch on - nothing should happen because your cmos jumper is on 2-3, switch back the jumper and try to power on.
6. If it powers on, you should have hear a beep for no ram, install you ram, maybe one at a time, if you get a display, shutdown, put your battery on save your settings.

Good Luck

Check if you didn't by mistake unplug power to a HDD. Many motherboards love to "die" when it see's a drive connected but the drive is not powered.

Worth a check.
