So going against the guidance of @Deago999, I've decided to start selling watches 😎.

These are Seiko NH35-based, and fully*-customisable; assembled by myself to the highest of quality standards in my basement.

Currently in the process of gauging interest, so please leave a reply if you would be interested.

FAQ
Q1. Are these legitimate Seiko watches?
A1. Yes and no, they use a legitimate SII/TMI movement as well as a combination of OEM and aftermarket parts. I am also planning to have in-house branding on these instead of Seiko branding.

Q2. What do you mean by customisable?
A2. The case/rotor/dial/hands/bracelet can be selected according to your preferences.

Q3. Are they any good?
A3. I take the highest quality of care to ensure that I'm putting a good product together. All watches undergo a rigorous QC process (Regulation in 6 positions to at least +12/-12 seconds per day; and waterproofing to at least 5atm).

Any sapphire crystal glass options?
By default they all have a sapphire crystal (some domed, some flat). Originally experimented with using Hardlex crystals for an authentic Seiko feel, but they just didn't seem as premium.

How would we go about selecting components? Is there a catalog of sorts? How do we know what compatible etc?

I am interested depending on how custom i can make it,
can the face be whatever i want ?
can the second ticker be a dick ?

Like how overboard can we go here

I've prepared some catalogues filled with compatible parts, will share it privately (It's quite unfinished so I don't want to post it here 🙁)

I've tried to standardise everything to use the NH34/35/36 movement so all my parts should be cross-compatible. The only exceptions are that certain cases are limited to a larger dial (33mm instead of 28.5mm), but I'll try to indicate that clearly where necessary.

Not super custom unfortunately, I'm only assembling these from a collection of pre-made parts.

This is possible, but it's not something I plan to offer, as I want to keep them relatively affordable.

While I haven't found a supplier for these yet and it can probably be organised, but see above ^
