CPU Air cooler

Hi Carbies, hope everyone is enjoying the smack talk threads this on this lovely Friday.

looking for advice on a air cooler. Have a 4690K, not going to be doing any major OCing on it. Don't have too much cash available but absolutely need something better than the stock cooler...
RGB or not, don't mind either way.

Yeah noticed that obviously been taking a look at the 212 like every body and their mom just don't know if there's something as good/better for the price or cheaper but still good enough.

There is always the Noctua NH-D15 but they are quite expensive (if you can even find one).

The 212 Spectrum cooler is pretty cheap, can't control the RGB but hey. On the 6th and 7th gen i5s I've used the Deepcool 200T but they're lower TDP processors. That said I've found the larger Deepcool coolers to be similar to the 212.
